Visiting friends from wall seems to be fixed

Visiting friends may be fixed, but app still crashes when I try to charge collections. About to level up and had crashing problems with that last time, too. Maybe my 1st gen iPad is going the way of the dinosaur concerning Mystery Manor.

Hard to say -- could be the OS or the ipad. i am on an ipad2 with iOS7 and have not had that problem

I am still playing on an antique iPad 1. I get crashes when charging collections and leveling up, especially if both at same time! I get crashes when visiting friends, esp when trying to gift and then write on wall. I can only do that about 4 or 5 times and it crashes. To charge collections I usually have to reboot iPad. I did not have any of the problems visiting friends from wall.

I have ios 5.1.1 on my iPad and can't upgrade ios any more. Not sure why it crashes. I do reboot fequently and even backed up and reset iPad to factory settings then restored the back up but it still crashes. I do notice that if I turn WiFi off, I can level up without crashing but it doesn't help with the collection charging.

I also noticed that when this crashing started, the ability to multigift wall requests stopped.


I have been able to charge collections when I'm in the yard, with the airport mode on and with the collections window covering any creatures roaming about yard. I was able to charge a collection 2 sessions in a row! 
Not sure if staying in the manor and trying to cover the roamers will help.

I'm on ipad 1 too n experience the same crashing during leveling up, charging collection n posting on wall after gifting friend

has anyone's achievements been reset? Some of mine are back at 0, while others give me a ton of awards at once until I'm up to where I was in the list. I'm not complaining about the awards, but it's weird and I don't want them to disappear once it's fixed.

I noticed when I got to level 300, all the achievements zero'd out and I got all those rewards. Not sure why I got them again. I asked other players on lower levels if it happened to them and they said no.

I'm having the same problem with game crashing when I'm ready to level up or trying to charge a collection. I seem to be able to do these when I close all programs, turn to airplane mode, shut off using the shut off button, then restart using the restart button. I need to then go into MM and immediately level up or charge a collection. If I do anything else before these tasks my game shuts down. I've just sent my crash reports to insight, so maybe they'll have a suggestion. I'm also on an ipad 1, so I'm wondering if there is just not enough RAM to handle this game anymore. :-(

You may be correct. Just got a note from a friend tha GI won't be supporting the iPad 1 in the near future. Pity, I'm at level 316 and have been playing for more than a year. Spent or wasted some cash on this game as well.


Still can't charge collections with the latest update Oct. 29th. Haven't tried to level up yet.

My wife is on android cant get update it says package invalid. She has 900mb space on sd card but download stops at 10.8mb .she is legal 155 so doesn't want to reload game any help please
