Check to see if you have a nano-beacon in your inventory or charge collection 250, there may be another collection to charge but I cant seem to locate it. You also buy them in the shop.

I don't think that is the quest, I think it has to do with the UFO and astrolabe buildouts.

Since the update that added the new phenoms I never get UFO or Mists anymore. I have a couple quests requiring them and I can't even remember the one one that came on it own. I used my last beacon so I guess the quest will sit there along with the many others I can't do.
