Hi, I need help please! One day I woke up & my iPad wouldn't turn on. I took it to the Apple store, they couldn't fix it, & I bought a new one. The same day, I emailed GI support & asked for help restoring my game. I have been a daily player for OVER TWO YEARS & had more than 600 friends! They responded & said game data is only saved on their server for "a limited time," but I figured since I play daily I was going to be fine. I sent them all info I could considering the other iPad would not turn on, including invoices for purchases. Now nearly 2 weeks later, they say my data can't be found on their server!! They credited all my purchases (diamonds) to my "new" game, but I am so angry and frustrated! Does anyone know what I can do??
