    HI Folks, I wonder of you can help.

    My wife had to send her ipad away to be repaired so we backed up the game before it went away. It's been returned and we've loaded from a back up, and her mystery manor level is still where it was and her collections the same - just as we had hoped.

    However when she selects GIFTS FRIENDS or WALL a pop up box appears saying that 'You are not Registered'. Everything else is fine, quests, rooms, etc, and I can visit her from my ipad.

    Any thoughts on what she can do to 'get registered'?

    You must send a support request to Game Insight Support. You must include your UDID number for your iPad.

    They should be able to fix it for you.
