As soon as I press the gifts tab my game restarts! I don know what to do! Please help me guys!

That sounds like a pretty serious issue. The only think I can suggest at this time is the generic response:
Close out of MM. Press your Home button twice to bring up your background task bar. Hold down one of the icons until an X appears. Close out of every app. Once all the apps are closed, do a hardware restart by holding down Home and Power buttons for 10 seconds.
Once your device restarts up again, open up MM and try the gift page.
Let me know if it improves.

Hi Admin. I tried your advice on my game. It worked for about 5 seconds before closing again. It let me scroll down about 5 rows then closed. I reset my iPad again and this it did not even let me scroll down. I sent a message to sport yesterday and have not heard back from them yet. I hope I get this fixed before the girl animator quest quits. I haven't finished that collection yet.

The problem is - these types of issues aren't really fixable without a game update*. All they can do is collect information on what causes it, figure it out, update their programming, then push out an update to everyone.

1) Your UDID
To find it open iTunes on your computer. Select iPad when it appears in the left column. Click the Summary tab. The serial number will be displayed. Click Serial Number, and the Identifier (UDID) will appear. Please, note that your device needs to be plugged into your computer (the info will not show up unless device is plugged in)
2) Game version installed
3) Your device version (iPad or iPad2)
4) iOS version
5) Your device crash reports (Use the following link to find them http://blog.redshedtechnology.com/sending-crash-reports-to-a-developer/)
6) Any more information about your issue

Hi, Pavitra. this is the response I got after sending the crash reports. I only sent them the 1st one since I have 60. I keep trying to get in there with no luck. Every time I do is sends a report.

Hopefully the will come up with a solution soon. In the mean while I have been using a turtle to find charging items. Especially for the chic on the beach ( keep opening the rescuer and surfer icons.) since the reward is more turtles and the charging items don't disappear. For now anyway!
Hope they fix this issue with us soon. I love opening my gifts everyday.

Hi Parvitra. FYI,,, Upgrading to iOS 5.1 fixed the bug in my manor. All is working fine now!
