According to an email I got from support, the pirates brig is unlocked at a high game level. I don't know what level so I'm curious. if you have the pirates brig or the quests for it, what level were you when you got it? (:

It doesn't matter what level you're in. My friend got the brig too, and she's only in Level 60+.
You won't get the quests leading up to the Pirate Brig, if you haven't gotten the Neptune and Emerald.

I was only level 54 when I got the quest.
