Pirate's Brig Room Question

I recently reached a level where it said I now had access to the Pirate's Brig room. How do I get there since I don't have that room on my manor floor? Thank you.

Unfortunately, I do not have a bottle on the upper left side. I only have quests.
Wonder what is going on. I have opened other rooms as well only to not be able to get into them.

They are many. I will start from the bottom up:

Flowers from the Japanese Garden ( need to do the lover's ikebana)
A beast, a bird or a dream (Library at night)
Protector of flowers (Explore witch's curse)
A mysterious premonition (just have to complete hallway at night on that one)
Memories of the Safari (Night in the library).
There are still places to explore in the manor (just have to finish with the dressing room)
Rare book hunter (have to do will o the wisp yet)
The gardener's visits (do the mist phenomenon)
Reading glasses (find in the bathroom)
Lucky horseshoes ( buy a total of 60)
Bird in the golden case (buy 40 copper horseshoes)
Margarita in the will o the wisp captivity (banish the will o wisp when it is in the kitchen)

After you complete the Ikebana Lovers quest, you'll be given a string of quests leading to the corset, the neptune, and finally the emerald. After that, you'll get the first of pirate brig-related quests.

Still quite a long way to go, and a lot to do. I envy you! Don't rush to the end, just enjoy the game and take your time.

Thank you so much. I feel a lot better now as I thought there was something wrong with the game. It just couldn't be me.

I will start working on those quests with the exception of the horseshoes. That seems like a lot to purchase.

You can get the horseshoes from charging collections. Put the collection items you need on your WL and people may gift them to you. Frisky Horses is the silver ones. There are a couple which give copper. Gold horseshoes come from charging one of the artifacts.

I do use my want list. Now I'll see what I can do about getting the horseshoes without having to purchase.
