Does anyone still have Neptune to loan? I have had the quest since before Thanksgiving. I am level 73 and haven't had brig, island or UFO quests and I think it's because I can't clear these old quests.

GI has removed gifting from several items -- like neptune/emerald, weapons and diplomas.

It would certainly be helpful if they would make the quests a bit more attainable if they remove the ability to cooperate in them. I have tried everything and can't seem to move on...it's quite frustrating and certainly not motivating me to play the game as often as I was because I have no new quests that don't involve banishing monsters which I don't like to do anyway.
