HomeI have been looking for the 4th manuscript fragment for at least a month now. I have used the turtle of luck when the library was in night mode and nothing. What else can I use to increase my chance of getting this item? I'm trying to get Zodiac mode, without z-mode I'm unable to complete alot of quests.

It's for the Facebook version. But seeing as we already have the Zodiac collection chargers in the new update, my guess is we'll be seeing this so-called 'manuscript' someday too.
