Are the quests automatic, or do you have to hit "accept"? I just got a quest that wants a lot of möbius bows, which I have asked to be gifted to charge collections. It's been hard getting them, so I'm not too keen on giving up ten of them:) .

You have to do the quests to advance, finishing one will get you another. There are much more challenging quests.

Whether you "accept" a quest or not, it will automatically complete, once you have met the conditions or requirements. So once you have 10 of those mobius bows in your inventory, it will be taken away from you (it sometimes does that) and the next quest will appear. Don't worry, there are lots of opportunities to earn more mobius bows!
And definitely, ask your friends. Building strong relationships with your friends is essential to advancing in this game.
