Torn boot/Snatchin Shoemaker??

Hi all

I have been a long time lurker and must say that this forum has been invaluable to me in getting maximum enjoyment from a game I may otherwise have found too frustrating . A massive thank you to Admin and everyone who has contributed advice and guidance.

I'm sorry to make my first post a question but since the monster event I have been frequently receiving drops of the torn boot (almost 30 of them ). As I understand, these were for trading with the Snatchin Shoemaker during the St Patricks event which ended long before I had even started playing so cannot understand why my drop rate would have increased so dramatically.

Has anyone else noticed an increase and do the Snatchin Shoemakers still roam manors anywhere (none in any manors of my friends)??

I have noticed this too but have no idea why. Maybe they are bringing it back or maybe they just forgot to take them out! Who knows with GI?

Thanks for the quick response, it does seem strange particularly that the drop rate is now more frequent?

I'm hoping they do re-run those type of events annually or I'll never be able to complete my missing collections.

Personally, I think GI is just too lazy to remove old, useless items. Maybe they'll do a Spring Cleaning of sorts to remove some of these items that can no longer be used.
