When monster quest starts, you can exchange with Succubus using rolling pin which drops during room search then

For the other flower artifacts you had to complete several quests searching rooms, banish old gypsie women and men as well as help friends etc. One could get many flowers (i.e. helping friends) as long as the final goal - the charging of the artifact hadn't been completed. After that, I no more got those flowers.
I have no idea how these artifacts will be charged if there is no more possibility get those flowers. (mind you - I'm not talking about those that you can get by the succubi), but hopefully we will see another full moon to find it out
(on that note - I saw a HUGE red fullmoon last time... eerie sight, even if one knows the physics behind it

Have you been able to get more flowers to drop this full moon? I am holding off on completing quests
