Who will go on conference call?

Do we have a final decision who will join it?

Yes, Queen Victoria, Soozicle, Krisit927 and Lorias71. It was decided in the chat room about 7-8 hours ago. They all volunteered and have discussed at length our wishes/demands. They will represent us well. You can see more info: http://www.mmuff.com/t816-gi-skype-call-reps-from-mmuff

Whoever does go on, can you make sure to record it please? I'm happy to volunteer to type a transcript afterwards and post it somewhere for everyone to see.

Also, I think it would make sense to have someone there who speaks both Russian and English to avoid any miscommunications.

They are planning to record it, and they were told it would be in English. A list was compiled from all concerns, but they were not sure how much time would be allowed. Hope this helps I'm off to work now.

So far, we only have 4 volunteers, so one spot is still open for a member willing to join in. It would be great if we could have a representative who's been a member of MMUFF before June. Any volunteers?

So are the proboards and Facebook 2x5 slots filled?

Did you see GI's new poll? Asking if the conference call is a good idea. Votes are for no right now.

PS have our mmuff reps been on and checked Skype, checked for updates etc?

Also, bear in mind that there are limits to how many people can join and audio/video conferences if you are using the free version rather than the premium.

(ok so it does sound a bit weird saying 'go team mmuff'...er....well I'm excited anyway. Got my popcorn and rotten tomatoes ready lol)

How are we supposed to get direct answers from these people if we don't do the conference call? They'll just end up giving a half as5ed explanation like they always do and only answer the petty questions like how to get Neptune in a room. We need intelligent people to do this call and battle it out with GI. I wish others would understand that!

3 hours is hardly enough time to get votes from the worldwide players.

As I stated earlier in the chat room, I am willing to participate in the conference call with GI. My background is in programming, IT, quality assurance, servers and my son is a senior Game Master for another gaming company. I have been playing since 2011 so I've experienced many upgrades, changes in the game, quests, making friends from all over the world then seeing them leave and the joy of gifting along with many of you. If it will help all players of Mystery Manor to discuss the issues with whomever Game Insight chooses to have at the video conference it is worth trying communicating with them, even though they have already seen hundreds of people write the issues on FB, support tickets and on forum threads.

LizzyOne has given me the Skype handles for 4 of the other reps. IDEvices & I have been messaging about the new FB page with the list of issues from the Proboards members. I am ready to go with a calm, level head not expecting everything we ask will be answered, much less fixed, but do expect corrections to be made, customer service to be given, errors fixed and loyalty rewarded.
