Crystal Bottle taken away

I have been accumulating the 5 part crystal bottle which is used for 7 days when activated. It looks like a fancy perfume bottle. I had one in inventory and one just completed when both vanished. I sent an email to Insight with no response. However when I opened up MM today I was given the 1st part of another bottle to start accumulating. Has anyone had their's taken away? I was saving them until I had more energy and more time to play.

How do you even save them? Mine always just automatically activate when I collect the lat piece.

Momma kitty, you can't save them anyway, as soon as you have received all parts, it. Kicks in automatically. Pretty worthless charm anyway as far as I'm concerned

After I finished the 5 pieces it went into my inventory box. The first one was actived right away automatically but I got one while the first one was being used so it went i to my inventory box. I didn't want to waste it because i was getting so few diamonds thus no way to get more energy. That is why I started requesting collection gifts which would give me meals when charge. Not a lot of luck there now with so few friends visiting.

Even if it were true that I couldn't save it (btw it was in my inventory box) the last one which was completed didn't get activated, it disapered.

And mine, for all the use it is lol don't see how you can collect and store? Takes twenty days to collect it and lasts seven, you would always be collecting and one would always have run out by the time the next was collected. Are you sure you don't mean you have the individual parts Hun? Each five days of logging in gets you one part and you need all four parts for it to start and it starts automatically. Some times it takes longer to collect depending if you don't log in for the day at the time the bonus is issued. I've been playing since early June and I'm only on the second charm I've ever had as some days I didn't get the bonus bit or the coins at the time they dish out. Hope that helps, pretty sure you only had parts in the inventory and not four charms xxx
