    Library Help, Please! Empty Library Help, Please!

    I read (on here in another post) that the entry requirement for the library is temporary. I have been exploring other rooms for over a week now and have not found ANY scrolls. The only way I have been able to explore it is when a phenomenon is in the room. When does the scroll entry requirement end? How can I get more scrolls to get into it? Thanks for the help!!

    Thank you!! At least I know I wont have to wait forever to explore the library again! I still have yet to find more scrolls.... :/

    does snatchin merchant pop up for library?  It's been awhile, I don't remember. Or u can (ick), buy the scrolls in bank I believe.  It's a game of patience that's for sure.
