Island room

Can anyone help me please?! I have completed collecting all the photos for the island and collected all the necessary item to open the island...but still the island room won't open..

the box which says: "you don't have" has no picture in it...that't probably the reason why it won't let me assemble the item...every time i pressed "assemble" it dismisses but not exiting the game.

Please help...its frustrating, you know after collecting all this and that and yet i can't enter and play the island room.

Hmmm, sounds like the same issue we're having with the UFO And to be sure, you have the assembled item in your inventory?

Have you reported it to the technical support group? what did they say?

Yep, I & various other players have reported the bug. I put my GI responses in the link attached. But basically it's supposedly getting looked into & will hopefully be resolved in an upcoming update.

I also had this problem and reported it. They say it should be fixed with next update, but it is a bummer since I can't really move on without entering the island room. Kinda at a stand still until the next update---hope it's soon!!!
