I have about 300 snowflakes right now, I was wondering should I trade with elves before the event ends?

If you have finished all the quests then I would say yes trade them off so you aren't stuck with them after event ends. On a good note some players are just now getting the Xmas quests, and they run for 15 days so even if you don't have the elves in your manor you should be able to find them in one of your friends
