Game won't load and is stuck on loading screen no matter what I do. The bubble stays at a quarter full. If I tap screen a window will pop up if I manage to hit the spot where that room or helper would be. Help!

Mine was loading okay earlier today but won't now. Goes through all the loading screens and right where the game would normally open it crashes.

I am on iPad2 and have never had any problems with the game. Tonight my game has constantly crashed and now won't load at all. Wondering if anyone else is having the same problems or is it just me?

Cant get my mystrey manor hidden adventures to load all the way. it stops in the middle of the loading process. i am using a chromebook

Try shutting down the chromebook completely then restarting it and see if that helps. If not, send in a support ticket to GI via their website game-insight.com
