I just got to 15 helpers and the pat couple of days I have had to rescue new helpers and old one are gone? Is this happening to anyone else?

Yes, they changed something a couple of updates ago. I used to have 8 15% scientist helpers but now thanks to GI they have all gone !!!!

Ever since that update that started making them rotate through most all of mine have been bankers... Not to knock bankers, but it would be nice to have more of that balance they supposedly aim for!

Me too. One day I have 15 helpers, and the next day only 14. And I have to rescue another. My list of helpers has practically changed completely in the past few weeks. Where do they go? I tried keeping a list of who I had, so I could tell who leaves, but it was too cumbersome of a task. Where do they go??

Maybe GI thinks this changing of the helpers makes the game more interesting? NOT!! Just much more frustrating! As if the game wasn't frustrating enough! I, too, have 1 helper change every 1-2 days. I, too, used to keep a cheat sheet so I could tell at a glance who I needed to use next. No more. Too much paperwork now to keep up with the too-frequent changes. I had a majority of bankers one day and, within a few days, had a majority of explorers. Haven't had a majority of scientists yet, unfortunately. My point is that there's no balance anymore.
And, more importantly to me, if I want to explore that room, I have no choice but to rescue the dolt before I can proceed. Arrrggggh!
