Gifts Getting Jumbled Up

I was locked out of my game with the update a couple weeks ago (version 1.7, I believe). With the newest 1.71 update I am able to play again, but I noticed my gifts get mixed up after each restart of the game (I.e. going through the full set of start up screens that include the GI logo).

I do not collect my gifts immediately, but like to thank & reciprocate with gifts as soon as I get a chance. Previously, my gifts would stay in order, from the oldest at the top and the most recent added to the bottom. I use to be able to keep track who sent what, and approximately when they sent the gift. Now with each full restart of the app, they are all jumbled in some seemingly random order, so I can't keep track my most recent gifters.

Anyone else experience the same? Maybe it's because of my "system", but I find this to be a problem.

yes this is a new change that really bugs me!!! Weekdays i may not collect gifts as i do not have that much time to play... but now everything is jumbled up and i missed out returning some gifts!!!

And also the weekly diamond is gone...

It seems like there could be several easy fixes to the game that could make players' lives more convenient... but alas, I think sometimes GI wants to make things tougher for us.
