    Can't open basement!! Empty Can't open basement!!

    I am unable to open the basement level.
    I have the second of the 2 items to open the basement
    but for some reason I just can't find the first item.
    It looks like the Newton's portrait. But i have charged
    "Enlightened Minds" collection 12 times and still I can't
    not get the first item to open the basement.
    Anyone have any ideas??
    Also I don't see a single "Snatchin-Tailor" which makes it
    very hard to complete quest. any clues?
    what am I missing??

    What the heck is the basement level? I don't believe I've ever seen an Enlightened Minds collection either. Are u at a super high level and maybe I'm just not there yet. I'm at 72.

    Basement level not available on iPad version.
    You can find in FB version.
