I've finished the first tier of the b'day cake & completed the Anniversary Cake part of the Anniversary event. Is it now safe to charge the Heaven for Sweet Tooth collection whenever I want, or am I going to need those items again in the future? I sure would like the rewards from that collection! I guess the same question applies for when I complete the second tier & its collection. Thanks for any help.

You are OK now to charge the collection for the 1st tier..... the Snatchin Cook will keep dropping the flour boulters for the next 2 tiers.
In fact, I only recently completed the 3rd tier, and the Cook is still dropping
