Game has crashed and sent me back to start!

Just tried to update the new laundry update and it froze my game - it opened up a second icon which i deleted and when the original icon unfroze i was back to level 1 - i was up to level 260!! So annoyed. Please add me on new code 1976ad especially if you were on my original friends list

Do you backup your iPad regularly? If you get into the habit, you can restore your MM game when things like this happen. It doesn't take much to do.

I don't backup regularly but think I did about 2 months ago. GI support are trying to restore my game for me so fingers crossed! To be fair they've been really helpful. There's no way I can start from scratch - the thought of collecting all those rabbits again!    

I am a friend of yours and visited yesterday...your game looked fine to me! So your game is still out there on the server.....just not on your device!

Thank you for that - hopefully thats a good thing! If I get it back I'll come and visit you!   

So now, on my friends list it still shows you as level 260/51. When I visit your manor, it is now reset to level 8 with 2 friends. I'm not a friend but I can visit and gift. Very weird!

That's what I had on my new game. They've now got my old game back but at level 257 only but that's ok - I'll take that. Only problem now is when I try and get on my wall, gifts or friends it says my game isn't registered and I have to contact support! I'm getting there slowly!...

 Yay my game is now working. Have gone back 3 levels and lost a lot of collection items but at least im back and not starting at the beginning again - am back on my original code - 2fa09f  

I'm one of your friends. I'll make sure we are still friends and check your game. I am knit wit. So sorry for what happened to you. What a bummer. I don't back up. Does it mean I have to use my "yuck" windows computer and iTunes? I dislike both very much for more reasons than I will bore you with here.
