Is there a way to summon witches curse? Also, I need night mode in hallway & it is going between 3 same modes & never night. Ugh!

I've been trying to get the witches curse in the library for ages! Even summoning the willowisp didnt work - it went in every room but the library!

to summon phenonmena into desired rooms, we need to make as many rooms as possible with phenomena or curses.
Previously, the maximum no of phenomena that will naturally appear is 8 in the non paid rooms on first floor (not sure how valid is this guide now, with the new phenomenas). I will call the lowest cost phenomena to fill up the other rooms. Then clear the Library and call the desired phenomena..
