Charging Artifacts

If I charge an artifact will the bonus such as getting an increase of coins from the hand of midas go to my inventory like a charm that I can activate any time I want to or will the counter start immediately?

That's funny, I thought about asking this question yesterday. I just charged the "hand of midas" yesterday and it started immediately. I was hoping it would go into my inventory but it didn't.

All of them starts immediately.

They will eventually disappear from your Artifacts page too.

What do you mean they will disappear from your Artifacts page?

I've only charged on (the 3rd Artifact). Once the effect wore off, it disappeared a day later from my Artifacts page. In my Inventory page, it shows Artifacts Crafted: 0, instead of 1.

I contacted support and they stated this is intentional behavior.

Sure it is.

I didn't pursue it further.

The odd thing is, the Hand of Midas sometimes stays in the collection window after the effect wears off, and sometimes it doesn't. I've charged it 7 or 8 times, and in my collection, 4 disappeared but 3 are still there.

As for Cornucopia, that thing really doesn't leave a trace.

Energy of the Stars, sometimes yes, sometimes no.

I think it's a bug they can't fix, so they just tell players it's "intentional":

Mine disappeared! You were right, not that I doubted you!

Since they disappear, that removes all motivation to craft Artifacts.

I did it because I had the 50 Golden Horseshoes quest. Other than that, I agree!

The rewards of the Cornucopia and Energy of the Stars exceed those of the Hand of Midas, so it's enough motivation for me to charge them! The Turtle of Luck can't be stacked with the lucky clovers, but they can be stacked with the Cornucopia, so used together, you will receive around 4 to 5 items when you explore a room. As for the Energy of the Stars, the Galactic Nano Reactor can be stacked with a Silver Sun, and together you will have full energy for four hours.

Full Energy for four hours as in.... 100% reduction in energy recovery time?

Does that mean you don't lose energy for searching a room?

That's right. The energy might dip for a few seconds, but it will be at full energy again like lightning. It's very hard to keep up, and you'll be exhausted after those four hours! What it's great for is banishing aliens and ninjas. You just go from one friend to another, and as long as you have enough weapons, you can just keep banishing to your heart's content and gaining experience points very quickly, easy as pie.

That's very interesting. I would have to try it!
