Can the Cornucopia Artifact (50% increased chance of finding an item) be stacked with a Turtle of Luck? If so, is the order important?

I believe all the artifacts can be stacked with other artifacts and with charms. You just cannot stack two similar charms.

It can but I've seen no benefit with it stacked with the turtle of luck.
It's best run with the Golden Year and the Delicate Bouquet as Golden Year is awful with drops by itself.
Turtle of luck runs better with astronaut lunch or breakfast.
