If I charge the Energy of the Stars artifacts, does it begin immediately? I have been holding off charging this because it was my last quest and I wasn't in a hurry but now that there are new quests, I would like to complete it but don't want to use it yet.

All artifacts begin as soon as they're charged.

That's what I figured. I will have to wait until I am ready to use it before charging it and completing my quest.

You also lose it from the Artifacts page once its effect is over.
