I have a collectors casket in my inventory, but when I click on it it just says I will receive items when I open it, but there is no option to open it! The only option presented is to close. Anyone else having this issue?

Yes I too have this problem. I thought maybe it wouldnt open because another chest gave me more than enough charging items - but now I have less than I need to charge a collection ... and the casket still will not open (Doesnt give an option to open it unlike other chests Ive used)

Yup - noticed this too. It's a small bug. It'll likely be fixed in the next update.

Just wanted to say that I had the same problem and emailed support who sent 2 codes (I had 2 caskets) which released the contents of the caskets.
It might be worth you guys doing this!

This is fixed in the new release. I even got a few items I never got before!
