Debunked -Multiple Gifting Abilities REVOKED without warning!

Solution: MM may be variating their server speed try slowing down when it's not working. It works, just takes practice. It seems VERY slow sometimes.

I defiantly continued to multi-gift, accepted mystery gifts, and even posted on my wall that it was just a rumor. Then whammy... Today my peeps were only getting single gifts, if any. It appeared to me as if all was game play as usual. I never received an error message, no warning. I thought I was generously gifting my friends all day. It wasn't until a few people said they didn't get anything, that i started asking. ALL of them got only 1 even though many would go through before i busted.



I hope it's some freak mistake, just happening to me. Please read my response post below as well. Thank you friends for all you have done for me! Xox

I haven't noticed any changes in game play, including with respect to gifting, this morning.

Hopefully it's just some freak incident that's effecting just me. I had a tech support order for not receiving a charm with the last event after I completed all the quests. It would be nice if it's a temporary glitch! It would be embarrassing, but I would be more relieved as would all of MM that I could be living proof that multi-gifting is not just cool, but okay!

This is happening to me too. No error, no slipping, just, one gift received. I really wish they would make it part of the game legitimately. Like at level 40 you get 2/ visit, level 50, 3/visit, etc. Not giving multis changes the way I feel. I LIKE helping people out. It makes visiting more fun. Suckness.

When did this start for you? Someone else said it was happening to them too. Perhaps this is the first move for the next update? Did you have any tech support orders in that would have them in your game?

No tech reports or anything. I think it started tonight, but it could have been after that server own thing the other night and I just didn't realize it. I am trying from WL only (as my cnxn is too fast elsewhere).

Something else that people have told me is that my manor looks weird, like rooms locked that werent before.

I saw that a a visiter on one of my very high level friends! Vistited someone with like a 259 level, and my view showed them with like only 5 rooms open. Impossible! Went back later and all rooms appeared open. Maybe MM is trying to crack down on multi gifters?

No joke... It's a seriouse drag... Not easy!!! Timing is even harder! Makes for drinking and gaming a real drain on resources!

When people tell you that you only have a few rooms open. Explore! One of the main causes for this glitch is levelling up while out of your manor. Eg banishing lots of snatchins and levelling up. It's temporary but that was the reason I was given when I queried it. Explore or reset game sometimes helps.

I leveled up out of mansion yesterday. Good to know. I found a honey hole between two friends where I could get 15 banishes per visit between the snachins and the gypsies. I was low energy, so bounced between those friends for about twenty minutes.

This started happening to me as well and right after the last update

I can still play as usual, but friends of mine are only getting 1 gift if any at all. Also am on the receiving end of this. Have some generous friends who send me gifts, but I'm not receiving any.

Seems to me like they're cracking down on MG...

They fixed the cancel glitch. Now when you press cancel that is exactly what it does. So even those people who think they are multigifting as usual, aren't!! Cancel means no gift was sent. We have gone back to how it used to be, sending one gift at a time. Won't be long though I'm sure before people work it out. I know of players writing to GI to ask for multigifting to be given back! I wasn't that forward and simply asked for 50 gifts a day instead of 10. 400 friends and 10 gifts isn't working

That's be awesome if we got it back. Doubt they'll do it though

I think it would work if they did it as a leveling reward.
