Need Advice....weird friend postings?

I'm looking for a little advice from some of you regarding some strange posts I've been getting on my wall from a new "friend".

I want to be careful not to come across as judgy here...but some of these posts are just so random and strange and I'm not sure how to feel about them...

So I've had this friend for a couple of days and here is a sampling of the posts just out of the blue that will appear on my wall...

"visit meeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee"
"I'm at level 21! Eeeeeeeeeeekkkkkkkkkk!!!!!!!"
"here's what u have 2 do : hide"
"do you watch adventure time?"

Usually nothing else to do with the game....just those. The first two came together on day one, and I didn't respond to any of them then the next two have shown up today. I don't get it.

So now - I also want to be clear - I totally understand that there can be some "clarity issues" when having friends from different countries and stuff - I am very cognizant of that and don't get easily offended if a message comes off as too "blunt" or "rude" because I get that it can be lost in translation or whatever...but I wonder - am I being kind of a jerk by getting annoyed with some of those posts? They just seem so random! Im just wondering if the individual is in a totally different age bracket than me and I'm too old to "get it"....lol!

Any advice or similar stories would be very appreciated. Would you delete? Would you respond? Am I over-reacting?

That sounds scary indeed!!! pretty much like a stalker... I would have ignored/deleted that person if I were u... Came by your manor to see if I can get on her/his wall to see what kind of person he/she is... Unfortunately, hasnt updated, therefore cannot access his/her wall...

Sounds like a kid to me. If it bothers you then delete. Or ask to not post random messages because you don't have the extra space on your wall.

My guess is you encountered a young player. My daughter started playing this game ( age 11), but quickly gave it up and I took over. She watches Adventure Time, which is a animated tv show geared towards the younger generation. My next clue would be the use of the texting shorthand....granted not a given, but combined with the other posts....... Lastly, "eeeeeeeekkkk", again with the other observations, I conclude that this is someone in the 11- 13 age group.

Sorry, I'm reading a Sherlock Holmes book and it has me piecing together clues everywhere!

I agree Charlotte - thinking it was somebody in a very young age bracket (thanks for clarifying the adventure game thing! Lol!) so I think I might just delete them....cause I just feel a little uncomfortable with the whole situation.

Thanx for posting... GI new update made me mad, just thinking how impossible they make this game to be...

Definitely delete, they are obviously bugging you, so don't give it a second thought!!
