Here is a link to the guide that tells you the rewards for the various collections http://www.mmuff.com/t241-guide-collection-rewards. It will tell you which collections give the energy cells, so you know which ones you need to complete and charge:-).
Another way is to complete achievements. Several of the achievements give you a chest that has 500x of every entry item in it. Check out which ones here: http://www.mmuff.com/t378-guide-mystery-manor-achievements-requirements-and-rewards
As always, you can ask generous friends to trade or gift you the collection items. If these are the energy cells for room 51 (also known as secret containers), you can get those by visiting friends every day. The higher your reputation (51 is max) the more friends you can visit to get rewards. Rewards are energy cells, runes, or batteries....along with experience.
