If I charge it and get the rewards, will the snatchins still be in my manor?

Yes. I charged it. Snatchins are still in my manour and weapons drop when using a turtle. A new quest appeared on the right hand side which requires 5 charged collections of each of the olympics collections and gives a detectives chest, 5 golden phoeniy and a dinner as a reward.
Btw, I cracked up laughing when i found the support group chest. Is this meant to be an apology for their poor support -
