If I have an item to banish a gypsy or snatchin on a friends board, will I get to keep the reward it drops, or does that go to my friends collection?

Does that mean they can meet my rewards if they banish anything on my board? Silly question, but I am new to the game.

You cannot complete your friends' quests and they cannot complete yours. Banishing monsters in another manor only benefits you. The monsters are still there for others to see and repopulate for you when you leave and return.
