I have been thinking about unlocking level 99 gifts, but unfortunately they are no longer on my gift list. Do I need to wait for them to appear in the gift list the next time it changes, or is there another route I can go to unlock them?

Unfortunately, you have to wait until they're in your gift list to unlock them.
If there was a way to unlock them without them in the gift list, then I'd imagine a TON of people would unlock the swim fins and diver's mask

Nuts. I was hoping to unlock either the coconuts or the palm leaves, which were on my gift list before it changed this last time. Guess I have to be patient and see if they come back.
