Very important people collection

I charged this collection as part of anniversary collection , but now I have a specific quest requesting that I charge important people collection again (Bow from the depths of the mirror quest). Katherine, Magdalena and jones previously had their own quests to get them. Since I have completed these is there any way to get these characters again so that I can charge the important people collection again?

I tried to find this topic here and was unsuccessful although I'm sure it must be here somewhere so sorry if I am repeating something already asked. Thanks very much.

the ones that dont come from snatchins come from the daily gifts from the the anniversary cake. if you need to clear the quest to get to the cake,put the ones you need on your wish list.
