It drops from searching the African room. I believe, however, that you need to reach expert level for that room in order for it to drop. Hope this helps.

It certainly drops in the African Room, i'm not sure wich level, but you can always look at the elements on the bottom before you search the room. If it is listed there, then you have a chance finding it. It it's not, then you have to be at a higher level.mfont72 wrote:I have looked everywhere and it won't drop.
