The succubus and seduction guile collection are only found in the Facebook version, so I don't think you'll find any answers here. 
This forum is for the iPad version of Mystery Manor.
According to Doug Miller's Item List (https://www.facebook.com/note.php?note_id=354260997934639), you can only get it from banishing the Haughty Succubus, so good luck!
