I unlocked the ability to gift Lead Collars (for 30 diamonds) a few weeks ago. Regardless of how the gift selection cycled, Lead Collars always appeared on my gifting list. I noticed tonight that it has disappeared. Is this a bug, or a new "feature" of the last update, and Lead Collars will return for me tomorrow?

It's always been this way.
They cycle in and out over time. You can still gift them if they are on your wall or a player's wishlist.

The same thing happened to me, I had unlocked the air conditioners and now they've disappeared from my gift list with the last game reboot. I can still gift them if people send a request to my wall.

Hmm I think I had a different experience than you. I know gifts cycle, but regardless of what day it was, I always had Lead Collars in my list every day. Today was the first day in weeks that I didn't have Lead Collars

Okay, so I'm not going crazy haha I gifted Lead Collars every day for the last several weeks, and today was the first day they didn't show up. But yes, you're right, I can gift them if people request them.

My coconuts disappeared today too from my gifting page. So if you don't get them from me today just ask for them. I did however get the boxes to open bosun whistle, rapier sword and actors mask. Does anyone know how long the ability to buy open these items will stay on my wall?.

It stays on your wall for at least a few days. Probably around a week would be my best guess. If you have the diamonds and like to help out friends, now would be a good time to unlock them.
