    Missing rooms? Empty Missing rooms?

Post  Trekker Wed Jun 06, 2012 12:16 am

Okay, this has happened twice now. I go to visit a higher-level friend, and all of a sudden they have only a few rooms open, instead of the whole manor. And they now have Thievin Snatchins, where they had none before. It's like they suddenly reverted to a lower level?

When it happened the first time, I was a little shocked to see a high level with only a few rooms open, then a few visits later I saw all the rooms were open, as it should be at that level.

A bug? Has anyone else had this happen?

Yep. I had it happen to several friends. I come back later and it usually fixed. Sometimes when I go to visit a manor the transition is very slow and it momentarily looks like they have sleepers and then everything completely opens and there are no sleepers....MM is odd that way.

And if their level reverted back to a low level, that means the MM-gremlins ate their account data and they had to start over. I've had friends in levels 80+ revert back to level 1. I felt sorry for them...

I don't think they reverted, I think it was just something I was seeing on my end, because I asked her about it and she saw nothing wrong, all rooms were open and accounted for. Another person posted on her wall that she, too, only saw 6 rooms open.

When I went back the next day, her manor was back to normal.

I don't know if this means anything, but I noticed that she had leveled up during that time.

You're not crazy I have seen this too. A high level friend with only a few rooms open - I haven't been back to visit to check whether it's all OK now though. Visiting problems and the inevitable crashes are a bit discouraging to say the least.
