August Monsters return

Seems it is supposed to happen every Full Moon so I wouldn't stress

Is there any big payoff to the separate quests to banish the monster bosses? I have enough collection items to get a few of the diplomas (although not the chargers) and I just don't know why to waste a lot of coins and energy banishing.

I've looked for weakened monsters (spent hours searching the leader boards) but I usually end up needing to fully banishing them. Even made a deal with someone on the same quest to attack down to 1, but unfortunately I didn't benefit in the end. Once she finished the quest her monster disappeared even though she never banished it in her own manor.

OK, now I'm just venting. But someone please tell me if it's really worth it before I continue.

Well, off to the GI HQ crypts they go again... I discovered it's best not to banish anything until prompted to do so by a 'quest'. Also, don't bother with the Achievement tasks. I stupidly tried to do these, only to find I later got a quest to banish the same monsters with a Quest and had no banishing items left. Doh!

I couldn't find a single weakened vicious zombie in the end, even on leader boards either, so knocked mine down a bit and promptly ran out of axes! Be interesting to see if it comes back weakened, although a few friends said theirs came back at full strength on the next full moon.

Thus, I would say, no. Save your banishing items until next time and post on MUFF to share monsters

I only got one diploma too...

A couple of players are saying that monster banishing items are dropping for them again today.

anyone had any drop ??

We are due another full moon today, august 2012 is unusual in having two full moons.

I haven't had time to explore, but I saw the van helsing event appear on the right

I've explored about 10 rooms with nothing dropping, but I had finished all the monster quests last time.

Thanks for sharing that, then I'll focus on finishing my achievement award before I complete the Van Helsing event

I have two 1/10 Phantom Knights floating already.

Will add more weakened creatures as soon as I can get rid of the thousands of robots on my Manor! Where's Will Smith when you need him?

Hi I finished all the quests the first time round. The bits are dropping for me today in the rooms I did close my pad down and re open then I could see monsters etc on other peoples walls before I played the rooms.

I've re-booted iPad, visited people, explored rooms, nada! I think only the Brits have monsters. GI hates Canadians! :p

May be it's because you're a day behind the rest of the world?

I've been getting monster weapons all day long. I started early this morning with a turtle so I could go trading with the gypsy. Leveled up a couple of times, and each time, I immediately searched the rooms. I got lots of monster goodies each time. I'm in the US so it's not just the Brits. The turtle probably helped.

Haha I live on an island in Canada that is an hour ahead of the USA!

Sigh... Still no Full Moon creatures anywhere. I've leveled up, visited, banished, re-booted and still nothing. I opened a ticket bit not expecting anything. At this rate, I'm going to need real whiskey not just the ones on my WL lol.
