17 August in game offer Empty 17 August in game offer

Hi people. I really think gi know they aren't going to catch any revenue at the moment. Fom what I can understand of the weekend offer its described as detective chests etc, it is only offering for max purchase 50 of each 'useful for exploring rooms'. I've got detective chests in my inventory with 500 of each token type. This is either a misprint on mm or they just can't be bothered to offer anything good. One of the chests says it has 5 tools in it, so I'm not sure if you'd be getting things like pointers and the whole shebang or if it is tokens for room entry. Either way, don't buy, stay away from the bank and keep your pounds and dollars in your pocket. Not sure really what this offer is but what I am sure.....IT'S NOT AN OFFER, it's a disappointing tempter to reel in some newbies who don't know what they're upto yet. If it is room entry tokens which detective chests usually are, it won't get you far as rooms need 50 each entry at top level so for 69.99 you'll get in once each room. Tut, very very poor. If you are a new player and you need some help there are plenty of us a bit further on that are willing to help you progress even if currently we can't add you, just post us on here and we will do our best when we can Very Happy
    Don't buy from the bank!!!

Well I agree but I'm guessing that people will be tempted because, like me, they won't have enough diamonds to buy things like pistols, salt etc to get on with the monster quests before the clock runs out. What with the Olympic quests and my nails and boards challenge, I'm not getting any of the monster weapons I need to drop. Wish I'd never bothered at all now Sad because I've spent far too much just getting this far.

Hilly, the monster quests will be happening again at the next full moon. (presumably). Its almost impossible to finish in one month without spending a bunch of money. The reward is not that great. In my opinion you should save your money and finish the Full Moon quests next month!

Yes hilly the charm you get sucks for monsters, it runs for ages and doesn't run with some other more useful charms, don't bother honey. I've had three full moons and puRposely not completed it cos I don't want the charm.

Thank you. I feel much better about giving up now lol, though I feel rather cheated about the money I spent on those darned axes etc because, being new, I had to buy coins to get them (don't laugh too hard, will you...)
