    I guess I have to send another note to them too. My game crashed, came up with a blank pop-up screen and then my event icon was gone. Phooey. Why can't their things just work???

    I received a reply saying they sent my info to a specialist. So we shall see. I'm still collecting eggs and such just in case. At least I can get the Easter cakes if they don't fix it Rolling Eyes

    I received another email with a "gift code" to restart the event. I followed their instructions and it didn't work. Tried the code again and ,obviously, says its already been used. I've emailed them again to see what now. I followed their instructions to the T and when that didn't work completely restarted my iPad. Nada...getting more frustrated now. Hopefully will hear back soon as their emails are coming from Moscow and it's morning there still. Actually just got one now. Will keep you posted.

    My Faberge news item thingy is still missing. So I'm just collecting eggs for the easter cake and I've given up hope on assembling the Faberge egg. I have already lost too much time in useless discussions with GI-"support".

    @Shanti72, good luck! I Hope GI manages to fix your problem.

    Any idea when this event might end? I lost my event icon, so I can't remember if it showed a progress bar like beach quests do. I have tons of eggs, wondering if I should charge or keep intact in case I get credit for all that I collected....like the bikini quests gave credit for quantity found, not including what was either given away or charged.

    Any thoughts? Suggestions?:-)

    It ends sometime on the 20th or 21st, depending on when you logged in to receive the quest.

    For me, it is on the 20th in the afternoon.

    After their request of a screenshot of my manor, they sent me a code within 10-15 minutes which gave me the reward for completing the assembling of the egg. I suggest all who have had issues to just email them. They have been really quick and great with me. They are in Moscow so I generally hear from them at this time of night/morning.

    What exactly do you get for completing? I've forgotten. I just got my e-mail from my "favorite" support person, Lily. I'm trying to decide if I should pursue.

    I like that they sent you the code for the end result though!! Very Happy

    Was it a unique code, such as 1a2b3c, or did it seem like a generic code, like easter2?

    It's a very individual code that can only be used for the person it's given to. I can't remember exactly what you get as it was a couple or so things. One being a charm good for 7 days of increased stuff (can't remember off hand exactly as I'm not near my ipad) as well as some "food" I believe. It's worth it to me:) I dealt with Lily also.

    Never mind my post! I am editing this to add that I was able to successfully send them a screenshot and they also sent me a code to use that completed the egg. That was very nice of them and I am more than happy with their response.

    Thanks for sharing this info! My Easter egg quest icon disappeared and I had initially decided to forgo trying to retrieve it but am now having second thoughts. Sounds like GI is on the right track Smile

    just for statistics:
    I contacted them yesterday evening, had Lilys answer this morning, sent her Screenshot & the Serial and got the Code for completing the Faberge Egg.
    It was just the Egg - no food, but, now I can bake myself some cakes with all the Eggs I got in the meantime albino

    That was pretty fast work but I'd still like it better if the game wasn't so buggy... Mad

    For those who have gotten a good result from customer service, make sure you do the survey if they send you one ( I was emailed one) and let them know you are happy with the results. I know I was and I made sure I gave them positive feedback. I figure if they actually hear some good comments instead of people complaining all of the time, maybe they will be more likely to help when we need it!

    I got my code last night from Lily. The code also gave me the end result of completing the Faberge egg. When I went to my inventory the egg was there. Charm lasts seven days when you activate it. Happy I can now start charging my egg collections and not worry about finding anymore parts to assemble. Very Happy

    A kind friend gifted me the purple egg, the last one I needed to charge the collection. When I accepted it, it said I had the complete collection & was ready for charging. But the egg didn't make it into my collection...so disappointing.

    I sent an egg to a friend and they said all that happened was that it opened and gave them parts. I sent using their wish list. I am sending my parts out, now that I've got the charm.
